FEA National Conference - Washington D.C.

Mrs. Helen Black, Mrs. Sheila Hickman, Cassi Pearson, and Abby Sullivan recently traveled to Washington D.C. to participate in the FEA National Conference.  Cassi competed in Lesson Planning for the Humanities.  She won first place at the FEA State Conference in Jackson and 2nd place at the FEA National Conference. Abby represented our Technology Team which won first place earlier at the FEA State Conference in Jackson.

We want to thank Fair Memorial Elementary School for allowing us to take Easter pictures and LMSD teachers and staff for purchasing door hangers.  We also want to thank Mrs. Sheila Hickman for always being available to chaperone and drive the 'yellow dog'! We have an extra special THANK YOU to Mr. Swart and his Carpentry class for cutting our initial door hangers and building two great picnic tables to raffle.  Thanks to everyone who helped make this trip possible!
