Culinary Arts includes classroom and hands-on experience that will prepare students for employment or continuing education in the food service industry.  Content such as food safety and sanitation, equipment, culinary foundations and math, food preparation techniques, and an introduction to the hospitality industry are included in the course. Any student who completes the program will be eligible to take the National ProStart  Certificate of Achievement exam, which is a certification recognized in the food service industry nationwide.
