Mr. Webb received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Education from MSU in 1988. He received his master's degree in Educational Leadership from MSU – Meridian.
He taught at Ethel High School as the Vocational Agricultural teacher for seven years. He then moved to Noxapater Attendance Center as the Vocational Agricultural teacher for ten years. He currently serves as the Director of Winston-Louisville Career and Technology Center, where he has been since 2006.
Mr. Webb lives in Noxapater with his wife and has three daughters.
